routine surgical procedures, as well as such specialty areas as cardiovascular, obstetrical, neurosurgery, pediatrics, trauma and endoscopic anesthesia.
Care team model CRNAs are supervised
5 x 8s shift, can accommodate 10 hour shifts but cannot be consecutively scheduled
Any requested time off must be included in the confirmation for approval
Credentialing timeframe 30 - 60 days
