• Coverage: 5 physicians/9 APCs
• Case mix includes general, B&B, ortho and OB. No cardiac, neuro, or trauma.
• Medically directed
• CRNA's – no epidurals
• 7000 annual cases, which includes about 1200 OB.
• 244-bed hospital

Provider Requirements:

• Must be a board certified CRNA
• Flu, TB, BLS, ACLS, PALS required
• IL License required; cannot be in process.
• Guaranteed minimum 40 hours per week
