This client is needing coverage starting December 9, 2019 – PRN or Ongoing

Opportunity Specifics:

 

  • 8 or 12 hour shifts; Monday- Friday
  • No call
  • PRN or Ongoing
  • No travel or housing, must be local
  • About 25-30 providers there daily, 100 % Supervised
  • Cases: No hearts, peds, major vascular, neuro, or OB….CRNA do blocks if they would like
  • 11 OR
  • Creds will take 14 days or so

 

 

Provider Requirements:

  • Active Illinois License

  • Located approximately 41 miles from Chicago
  • Several outdoor trails, and nature exhibits for outdoor activities
