Very stable program - don’t have many providers that truly exit the program, they may scale back to PRN but typically not many leave
Great quality of life – 1-2 at home beeper call weekends per year, can be traded or worked for extra compensation - guaranteed time for breaks/lunches
Flexible schedule - 4-10 hour shifts/week or 5-8 hour shifts/week, possible alternative shifts ([link removed], 16 hour shifts, 24 hour shifts) when they become available.
Currently Sign-on bonus - $10,000
Relocation allowance/moving expenses - $5,000
Paid malpractice - Malpractice is Occurrence Based. No need for tail coverage after leave MU.
Vacation - on an accrual basis - up to 17 days per year during first 5 years. Increases to 22 days after 5 years
Sick days - on an accrual basis - up to 12 (8-hour days) per year
Personal days - New employees given 4 days on the first day of employment. 4 personal days provided per year thereafter on Anniversary Hire Date.
