  • No Cardiac, OB, or Peds
  • 55 beds
  • No trauma center
  • only operate 2 ORs
  • Paper EMR
  • Has ultrasound for blocks
  • 3 CRNAs in the group. No Anesth
• Requirements
  • Must be Kentucky licensed
  • Orientation done on first day/obtain PYXES/will receive orientation by chief CRNA
