• 12,500 cases | General, Colorectal, Ortho, Spine, Thoracic, Cardiac, Vascular, Cath lab, IR, Endo, OBGYN, ENT, Podiatry, Plastics, some Peds|OB 2,500 cases
• Four calls per week 1^st call in house one time per week, 2^nd call one time per week from home, 24 hour OB call one time per week, 24 hour OB call one time during weekend.
• Post call off after 1^st call not 2^nd
• Care team model
