CRNA Locum Tenens Needed in Northeast Kentucky

• 20 OR’s
• Care Team Model – 4:1 MD
• Cases: Bread and Butter (No OB)
• Schedule: 4 10’s per week (7:00am – 5:30pm OR 7:30am – 6:00pm), or 5 8's
• EMR: Epic
• No Call, No Weekends
• Credentialing: 10 to 12 weeks
• Must have active KY license
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice provided
