- Must have an active AZ License
- Must not have any prior malpractice history or background issues

Wide variety of cases including General, Regional blocks, Epidurals, Spinals, Ortho and GI

Regional skills required

EMR: Medhost

M- F 7- 3pm

Call not required but back up beeper prefered

ACLS, BLS, PALS, NBCRNA and AZ license required
