Locum CRNA needed to start ASAP and work ongoing at a facility 15 minutes outside of Louisville, KY in Indiana. Must have clean background.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7a - 3:30p (30 minute unpaid lunch).

No call.

Will be credentialed at both the hospital & surgery center.

No nights or weekends.

General mix of cases. No cardiac, OB or trauma.

Care team model.

Credentialing: 60 - 90 days.

$500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
