Flexible scheduling is offered with shifts as long as 12 hours, but the employer can work with your preferences. A great base pay rate is offered you will receive lucrative call/OT pay. People can earn well over $300K based on experience. Plus excellent benefits including 8 weeks of total paid time off and a retirement contribution There are options to give up some of the limited call to those who prefer to take it. A $15K Sign-on bonus is offered. This is a CRNA-heavy practice that will incorporate some regionals and a wide variety of cases. This beautiful area offers an excellent lifestyle with many area colleges, four beautiful seasons, access to skiing, hiking, hunting, and white-water rafting.
