Types of cases: OB, GYN, Cysto, Ortho, Podiatry, GI, Eyes, Spine cases to include Microdiscectomies, Laminectomies, Foramintomies, ACDFs; General to include hernias, examinations under anesthesia, debridements, any type of General surgery; Renal/Vascular procedures; ENT; NO Hearts or heads
Number of ORs: 6 and OB
# of MDAs daily: 1 and they supervise
# of CRNAs daily: between 4 and 6 per day
# of Surgeons: up to 6 per day
Weekday hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Weekend hours: none
Call: 1 day a week call, 1st out the next day and if interested, possible weekend call. No call room. Must stay local when on call.
Call hours: Call hours start after all OR cases completed or after 5PM if cases are finished before 5PM
Charting - EMR Or Paper: Paper
Credentialing timeframe: ASAP

Podiatry blocks: not required but would love to have a candidate that can provide podiatry blocks
Ortho blocks: not required but would love to have a candidate that can provide all types of orthopedic blocks
